The 6th Sweden-Japan Bio Nano workshop will be held at TORAY Human Resources, Development Center in Mishima, Japan.

The Sweden-Japan Bio Nano workshop is sponsored on the Swedish side by the Swedish foundation for strategic research – SSF, and on the Japanese side by National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) with support from the Growth Analysis Tokyo Office. The conference brings together about 15 leading Swedish researchers in the areas or nanotechnology and biotechnology to meet with leading Japanese researchers.

In conjunction to the workshop the Invest in Sweden Agency, Growth Analysis, and the main embassy (foreign ministry) also arranges Bio-Nanoindustry investment seminar at the Embassy of Sweden, Tokyo, targeting top level Japanese industrial managers and policy makers in order to showcase Swedish R&D and industrial opportunities in the area.
