Foreign operations
- A global outlook for sustainable growth
Growth Analysis is responsible for the growth policy intelligence work based abroad and for the promotion of efforts relating to growth, innovation, research and education policy, and other areas of importance for Swedish competitiveness and sustainable growth. In those countries outside Europe where Growth Analysis has operations we act as the Office of Science and Innovation at the Swedish embassies.
Growth Analysis currently has offices in Brasilia, New Delhi, Peking, Tokyo, and Washington DC and two in Sweden.
Growth Analysis’ foreign-based operations have three roles:
1. Intelligence
We provide our primary stakehoulders with general information and analysis related to growth, innovation, research and education policy.
2. Formation of alliances
We facilitate and support the formation of strategic alliances between Swedish and foreign players.
3. Operative support
We work in situ on the agreements that Sweden has with other countries, and we make it possible for financers to send their own staff to Growth Analysis’ offices. We are also Sweden’s Office of Science and Innovation at the embassies where we have offices.
